Taffel decided to bring new product to the market, chips with chocolaty coating, combining sweet and salty. Challenge was get noticed in a good way in todays flood of information and ads in form of online and point of sales advertising. So how to get people to notice and taste the new products.





CHIPS COME ALIVE
We brought focus to the product with a concept, bringing the choco chip and choco raffel to life in easygoing animations, digital out-of-home and printed point sales materials. Approach to these humorous animations was about transformation in various unexpected situations. Characters were also starring in a mobile game with weekly product tasters and a smartphone for a grand prize.


Taffel Choco films were distributed trough various digital outdoor surfaces and in social media. These short ads directed users to participate to a raffle by playing Taffel Choco Soaker-mobilegame.




Dooh, youtube ads, and facebook ads would direct to address where you could win a smart phone and daily prizes in Taffeltime.fi
Play the game and collect shining chocolate chips that would be added to your game session, and after the game player would spin a wheel of fortune where the golden chips would represent a chance for winning a free code to redeem a bag of choco chips in R-kiosk of your choosing. To participate the lottery for winning the 1.000 euro valued smartphone, player should leave their email in the form after the game.

The goal In the Taffel Choco Soaker was to shoot the dropping snack characters with chocolate cannon as many as one could in 60 seconds and collect shining chips to gain better chance for a daily price win. Shining chips were added to after game wheel of fortune round where participant could have a bag of these delicious chocochips as an instant win. Main prize for this was a smartphone.
